It was formed in the late 1980s after a major containment breach on Site-61. The Global Occult Coalition was sent in to construct an outpost near the Site borders in the event of another GOI attack. However, the opposing side overran the GOC as several Chaos Insurgency riflemen attacked multiple sites for the purpose of assassinating the O5 Council.
