𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐀𝐑𝐃? The AEGIS Research Division is the forward development division of AEGIS International formed after the resource war of 2023. Its members conduct experimentation on human subjects and different anomalies located within and around the border to forward the company's goal of innovation and exploration. 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬? Members of the AEGIS Research Division are expected to be active role-models for others in-game at all times. They should always maintain the mindset of a leader, be curious and patient, and be ready to deal with any scenario thrown at them, whether it's an infection outbreak or a sudden situation in the laboratory. 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐝𝐨 𝐈 𝐣𝐨𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧? Applications are released on the first day of every month for individuals ranking Senior Operative or higher, with qualifying individuals moving onto the AEGIS Academy of Science and Technology for further technical training.
