Mayflower Port Authority Tunnel & Bridge

The Port Authority of Mayflower & Quanahassit Tunnel & Bridge was established in March of 1923 as a construction crew after the Port Authority of Mayflower & Quanahassit began construction of the Beauregard Bridge in the City of Lander. In July of 1927 after completion of the Beauregard Bridge, the Port Authority of Mayflower & Quanahassit Tunnel & Bridge had taken up the duty of maintaining the bridge. Eventually, seeing the need for a dedicated service to serve Port Authority of Mayflower & Quanahassit properties for fire suppression after faults by the Lander City Fire Department, the Port Authority of Mayflower & Quanahassit Tunnel & Bridge had been equipped for firefighting by December of 1927. Today, the Port Authority of Mayflower & Quanahassit Tunnel & Bridge acts as the interstate-level fire suppression and maintenance agency of the Port Authority of Mayflower & Quanahassit.
