The Ottoman Beylik is a frontier force in Anatolia led by the Bey, made up of warriors who earn their standing through what they do in the field. Campaigns, raids, and skirmishes shape its growth, with land held by those who can defend it. Alps and Gazis make up the backbone of the fighting force, with spearmen and raiders filling out the ranks. Some have followed the Bey for years, others are new and trying to prove themselves.
