Game Jam submission for RoJam 2026 with the theme "History." This game's time period revolves around the bubonic plague. As a plague doctor, you will walk around the dark homes of the millions of sick people affected by the bubonic plague; your utmost expertise in the medical field has prepared you for this, but not everyone can be saved.. - Hit 1 to equip your scepter, which is used to attack NPCs - Hit 2 to equip flint and steel, which can set fires or create fields of flammable dust to make bigger fires. - When your health changes to a certain color, find and heal with flowers around the map! - Not all NPCs need to be cleansed through violence, by talking to people you can attempt to cure them. Give them emeralds if the infection is severe. Due to time constraints, we decided to make this game very sandbox-y rather than a natural progression as intended. So the point of this game will mainly be for aesthetic and goofing off purposes.
