Celvestia's Legacy Facility [READ DESC] — Live Player Count & Stats

[Please Read] This version of Legacy has the chat commands that are open for low ranks to use whenever they want to. Citizens cannot use commands here. This is meant for self-training and groups of users who wish to train when a training isn't scheduled for that time. The console hosting system is not in this version as it is a HR+ exclusive hosting system. NOTE: IF SOMEONE IS PURPOSELY SABOTAGING AND RUINING YOUR SELF-TRAINING PLEASE SCREENSHOT/RECORD THEM DOING SO AND SHOW THE HC SO WE CAN BAN HIM/HER FROM THIS FACILITY SPECIFICALLY. ANOTHER NOTE: Do not use this for your own group. You have to ask TheCelvestian for permission.
