NPCs deal lower Damage to players in Private Servers You're going to (and supposed to) lose sooner or later at high wanted levels, in case you feel like this game is too hard. Testing place for combative NPCs, roaming NPCs, vehicle system, Camera system, Weapon system, for an upcoming game. All visuals, assets, vehicles, weapons, sounds, UI are soon to be ALL replaced. Recommended to play on small private servers to allow for better vehicles spawning/despawning cycle, as of now.
