Welp, I've quit Roblox. It's a bummer I never got to release my new game, because I really wanted to prove myself by creating an actual good Roblox game that I'm passionate about to make up for nursing a mistake for 7 years, but with how Roblox is now, I have to choose my moral integrity over this platform. I swore from the beginning to never give in to these censorship and surveillance laws, the ones masquerading as laws 'protecting children'. Just check who is backing the Persona identity verification service. Roblox's implementation of Persona is a perfect example of how they don't really care about protecting children; it's just a façade. Any creep can just falsify the age check and continue accessing victims, but now it is even worse because good samaritans can't even see these felons and stop them. There are so many better things Roblox—heck, the GOVERNMENTS—could be doing to ACTUALLY help fix the problem!
